Return Policy
All purchased products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
-The items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, and ensure that all items in the packaging are intact. Otherwise, the buyer will bear all the expenses incurred and no refund will be given.
-The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be considered as returns.

Return address
Before choosing a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service staff to communicate the return address and return requirements. If you return the item to our return address without our permission. We will not accept your refund request.(support@tinsay.net)
We refund
The situation of the product:
We are committed to providing you with high-quality items. However, if the received product does not match the product you ordered, or the received product is defective or damaged. Please contact the customer service staff (support@tinsay.net) in time and provide videos or photos of product problems. We will process your refund or exchange request within 1-3 working days after inspecting the product.
Item is out of stock
If you purchase an item but cannot ship it due to insufficient inventory, we will contact you via email. We will provide you with the option of refunding or waiting for inventory.
PayPal issues
If your PayPal account name and address do not match the name and shipping address of your order, we will send you a verification email via email. If you do not reply to us within three working days, we will automatically refund.
Cancel order
If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us via email. For orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.
Other situations
Any return caused by quality issues, such as: wrong purchase, unwanted, disliked, etc. After monitoring and affecting the second return sale, we will evaluate the performance value of the product and communicate with customers carefully to reasonably solve the refund problem .
Return notice
①For hygiene reasons, unless these items are obviously defective, we cannot provide refunds for related products that are in close contact with the human body .
②Please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving the order.
③Please send the items back to us through the local post office instead of DHL, UPS, TNT and FEDEX and other courier services. Choosing one of the above fast delivery methods may incur import taxes, and due to the customs clearance process, delivery may be delayed. We will only arrange a replacement or refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
④Once you receive your returned item and comply with our return policy, we will refund you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
⑤ Please handle it within 2-3 weeks after sending out the return notice. After successfully processing your return request, we will send you an email.
⑥For orders shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can contact our customer service and request a return within 40 days after delivery. Tinsay reserves the right of final interpretation of these return policies.
